Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FutStack, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the platform.
About FutStack
FutStack includes: FutPredict, FutBingo, FutGuess, leaderboards, and other football experiences.
FutPredict
Users may predict football fixtures including match winners, correct scores, possession, corners, and match events.
FutBingo
Users may create or join multiplayer rooms and participate in football-based challenges.
FutGuess
Users compete in live football guessing matches by identifying mystery players.
User Generated Content & Community Safety
FutStack includes user-generated content features such as multiplayer chats, messaging, usernames, and interactive gameplay communication.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech
- Threats or violent language
- Sexually explicit content
- Spam or scams
- Offensive or abusive messages
- Impersonation
- Illegal content
Users can report objectionable content directly inside the app. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
Users can block abusive users at any time. Blocked users are immediately removed from future interactions.
FutStack uses automated text filtering to prevent certain offensive words or prohibited phrases from being posted.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these community rules.
No Gambling or Real-Money Betting
FutStack is strictly a skill-based entertainment platform. We do not offer gambling, sports betting, real-money wagering, or betting advice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
Fair Play Rules
- No cheating
- No bots
- No exploit abuse
- No leaderboard manipulation
Football Data & Third Party Services
FutStack may use third-party football data providers such as API-Football (API-Sports).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party data availability.
No Official Affiliation
FutStack is an independent football entertainment platform and is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, football clubs, leagues, or tournament organizers.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Intellectual Property
FutStack’s original software, branding, and gameplay systems remain protected intellectual property.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or modify features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
FutStack is provided on an "as available" basis.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
